Passkeepers
Passkeepers are responsible for the smooth running of the Sunday Eucharist, welcoming people, handing out hymn books and the Parish Bulletin, taking up the collection, asking people to take up the gifts and distributing information leaflets.

Financial Assistance Group
This group comprises people who deal with Gift Aid/Covenant, registering payments to the parish and claiming tax paid for the parish, Weekly Collection, counting and recording Sunday income, and the 200 Clubs, raising money for the upkeep of the church halls.

Bethany Group
The Bethany Group have a care and concern for those who have been bereaved.

Liturgical Music Group
Music is an integral part of the Liturgy, especially on Sundays and Feast Days. "He who sings prays twice" (Augustine). Contacts:

Altar Servers
Altar Servers are recruited from the local primary schools. There are currently four servers in Rosewell and three teams of four in Bonnyrigg. Owen Proudfoot is responsible for training in Bonnyrigg, Daniel Garvie for Rosewell.

Laundry
The garments worn by the Servers are washed by a team of parents on an established rota.

Church Readers
The Readers follow a weekly rota and also a rota for Holy Week and Christmas Carol Service/Midnight Masses. They are responsible for the readings at Mass and the Prayer of the Faithful. The reader carries the Lectionary in the Entrance Procession, placing it on the Lectern and goes to a seat in the Sanctuary until after the Prayer
