If you wish to have a Mass offered on or near the anniversary of a loved one, please try to let Can Hugh know four or five weeks in advance. Someone has asked what is the charge. There is no charge on the Mass and indeed all the faithful are included in every Mass. There is a tradition of offering the priest a stipend (offering) when requesting that a specific individual (living or dead) is particularly brought before God.

On 26th March 2006 the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act has been enacted. From this time smoking will not be allowed in parish halls or meeting rooms. It will be an offence for Parish Priests to knowingly permit anyone to smoke on the premises.
